Never say never? How about now or never? That seems like a much better sentiment, especially when it comes to getting things done. And what’s being done is – wait for iiiiit – a Pussycat Dolls reunion!
Well, that’s at least according to Kimberly Wyatt, dancer and a member of the Los Angeles girl group active between 2003 and 2010. Recently, she had the opportunity to speak to Nihal Arthanayake of BBC Radio 5 live, and when the interviewer asked her about a possible Pussycat Dolls comeback, this is what she said:
“I would love to throw down with those beautiful, talented women again.”
Arthanayake pressed on, asking if she’s one of those ‘never say never’ people. But, Wyatt was much more serious than that:
“I say now or never. Yeah. That’s kind of where I’m sitting. I was ready… When I had my second child who’s now six months old, I said that this year is the year to get back on stage. And my favorite gig ever was being part of the Pussycat Dolls, and I would love to throw down with those beautiful, talented women again.”
Wow, Kimberly Wyatt sure is excited about this reunion! But she has very good reasons to be excited:
“And share that experience with my now husband and family. So… We’ll see, I’m doing anything I can to manifest it, but we’ll see. Easier said than done!”
Finally, the interviewer went straight to the point, asking:
“Are conversations being had?”
To which Wyatt replied, “Conversations are being had, yes.”
So there you have it, music lovers! The Pussycat Dolls might just get back on track. Maybe we can create some buzz online and help Kimberly in manifesting this reunion, yes?
