Forty-five-year-old actor Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson has shown his generous nature once again. As a matter of fact, he is genuinely one of the most likable actors out there – so when someone helps him, he will tell the whole world about it. Just recently, something terrible happened to his 2-year-old daughter Jasmine and he got immediate help from the medical emergency service. He took to Instagram to thank the people who helped him in his unique way.
In his Instagram video, The Rock explained that he had to call 911 last Saturday after ‘something scary’ happened to his daughter Jasmine.
Although he doesn’t specify what happened exactly, it was probably something serious. He needed help over the phone on how to treat her until people showed up.
“Things got a lil’ hairy this weekend. Thank you LAFD first responders and UCLA medical team. We’re grateful to you all and if you ever need anything, I got your back,” he captioned the video.
Dwayne added that after Jasmin was taken to the hospital, the family had to spend all night at the ER. Luckily, Jasmine is OK now.
The Rock, of course, wanted to thank people who helped him out in the best possible way.
“I just want to say thank you so much to everybody that was involved – so caring and compassionate and responsive,” he said.
“The 911 operator who was on the phone with me who was extremely calm walking me through some processes; the Los Angeles fire department first responders; the UCLA medical team and staff; the doctors; the nurses. Again, everybody, thank you guys so so much.”
In the conclusion of the video, he advised parents to ‘stay as calm and as focused as possible’ in emergencies like these. In that way, their kids won’t be scared as well.
Good job, Dwayne!
